Walk-a-Thon T-Shirt Sponsors

The Lake Park Elementary PTO would like to invite you to be a T-Shirt Sponsor for the 40th Annual Walk-A-Thon. Your company’s name will be displayed on our website and imprinted on 700+ shirts. These shirts are given to and worn by every Lake Park student, many of the parents, and staff every Friday for the remainder of the school year.

This will provide your company with well-deserved recognition, as well as demonstrate your support for your local elementary school. In addition, the monies collected from sponsor fees will offset the cost of the Walk-A-Thon activities, allowing all of the pledges earned by the children to go directly toward their classroom experience and other areas of need for the students.

The sponsorship levels are:

Water Bottle Sponsor…….…… $1,500
Your name will be the only sponsor to appear on our water bottles handed out to all students at Walk-A-Thon. Let us know quickly as there is only room for one sponsor (exclusive sponsorship)

Platinum…….…… $1,200
Your name (and business logo) will appear first and larger on the back of the shirt (multiple sponsorships available)

Gold Level…….…… $900
Your name (and business logo) will appear second on the back of the shirt (multiple sponsorships available)

Silver Level…….…… $500
Your name will appear below Gold Sponsors logos in large print on the back of the shirt (multiple sponsorships available)

Bronze Level…….…… $250
Your name will appear below Silver Sponsors on the back of the shirt (multiple sponsorships available)

Panther Level…….…… $100
Your name will appear below Bronze Sponsors on the back of the shirt (multiple sponsorships available)

To submit payment:

You can either send or drop off a check to the address below, or pay via Paypal or Venmo. Please include your contact name and company name in the notes with your payment when paying online, or with your check if paying via check.
